Brand new for poultry litter

This Automatic machine is an innovation Firstpellets, a new way to work in poultry livestock sector. Developped to spread automaticly our litter FIRSTPOUSSIN and FIRSTPAILLE , this automatic system improve the daily breeders work conditions.
APPLICATION:
A silo 32m3 = 15 tons FIRSTPOUSSIN for big bulding 2000m2, or hopper 6m3 = 3 tons for smaller buldind, Firstpoussin could be deliver in 1 ton big bag. it warranty good strorage conditions.
A crew transport automatically the litter from the silo to the dispenser “FIRSTLIT”. Since then the silo is fill of  700 kg of litter,

Distribution mode: “spread litter” 10 passages (7000 kg for 2000 m2=3.5 Kg/m2) The machine spread from a point A to B. Arrived in poit B the dispenser come back to the point A to be fill. The spreading direction coulb be adapt in fonction of the needs.

Avantage du Firstlit

• Le coût par m2 de la litière avec le distributeur n’est pas plus élevé que votre mode de fonctionnement actuel, soit environ 0.65 cts par m2 environ (main d’oeuvre incluse).
• La litière “FIRSTPOUSSIN” est plus performante, car elle est ultra absorbante et bio sécurisée par son traitement thermique à 95°.
